Personal Injury Lawyers Serving the Bay Area Welcome to the Oakland, CA, Office of Bennett Johnson, LLP
How to Reach Our Oakland Office
Our office is located in the Modera Lake Merritt building on Harrison St., just across from Snow Park and overlooking Lake Merritt. There is a private parking garage attached to the building. We're close to I-980, I-880, and I-580, so whether you're visiting us from San Francisco, San Rafael, San Jose, or anywhere else in the Bay, reaching us is convenient. We also have an office in Napa, CA.
Why Work With Us?
Established and Focused Lawyers
Attorneys Richard C. Bennett and William Johnson began practicing in 1974 and 1978, respectively. They founded our firm in 1981 and were pleased to welcome Mr. Johnson's son, Andrew Johnson, as an associate in 2015. Our three lawyers focus solely on personal injury cases. When you work with us, you'll receive a level of detail orientation and background experience that many other practices simply cannot match.
More Than $500 Million in Victories and Settlements
We are proud to have achieved cumulative victories in excess of half a billion dollars for thousands of clients. These victories include some of the largest settlements and awards ever recorded in Northern California. We also work on a contingency basis, which means you don't pay a dime for our services unless we achieve an outcome in your favor.
Our Clients Are Our Number-One Priority
Helping you win is what motivates us—not money or recognition. You and your needs will be put first through every stage of proceedings with our firm. Our injury lawyers personally handle their cases and know that one-on-one attention is key to a successful partnership with each client. If you are recovering from an injury, we will be happy to meet you at the hospital or in your home if you cannot easily visit our Oakland or Napa offices.
We fight for what you or a loved one deserves when catastrophic injuries occur due to the negligence of another. This allows you to focus on what really matters—healing and finding peace after severe trauma interrupts your ability to live a normal life.
